May: Mental Health Awareness Month.

So May is Mental Health Awareness Month. If you know me, you know I'm a big advocate for mental health - treatment, coping mechanisms, awareness, and just all around knowledge. I've written a handful of posts related to mental and emotional health, so here's a little list of them for you to check out:

May: Mental Health Awareness Month

Loving Yourself More And Letting The Happy In

5 Things To Remember When It Feels Like Life Is Kicking You In The Ass

Remembering The Canadian Who Couldn't Dance

10 Things That Make Me Happy

I Got Hit By A Car

29 Things I've Learned At 29

There ya go. If you're ever feeling down or like you need some guidance, take a look at those posts. If you need more help with what you're going through, visit the NAMI (National Alliance On Mental Illness) site here. For other resources you can go here and here.

Remember, there is always someone out there who will listen and help you with your problems. You are not alone. I know that for sure because I'm also here to help and support anyone who needs it, and feel free to talk to me if you'd like. I'm a great listener and I always care.

Love you guys!
